Yesterday afternoon a customer contacted us with a help request, to which I responded immediately. When she wrote again this afternoon I discovered that my response from yesterday is no longer there. I am confident that I hit send, as I checked back on the message a couple of times because I was looking for her response to my response, which was a question, and I wanted to get this resolved. Now it appears as if I did not respond within 24 hours and my seller status is taking a hit. Has there been some kind of glitch that would disappear a message? This is pretty frustrating, as I dropped everything yesterday afternoon to attend to this customer and now I'm getting dinged.
@rocksandsalt: Did you reply using an app? There have been other reports of replies disappearing when using them.
