Hold On Funds

I've had a temporary hold on funds since early November, despite having not made any changes to my bank account.

I have been selling on Etsy for years and receiving payments for years with no issues - until it suddenly stopped.

I have re-entered and provided all the documents requested numerous times as well as numerous online chatbots, but every time I try to get my funds - I get sent the same error email even though I have received multiple emails saying my account has been verified.

I have contacted my bank multiple times - they have advised that they have not received anything and also that if they had rejected any incoming funds that there would have been an explanation email sent to the person/company trying to make the deposit.

Any help as to how to resolve this would be much appreciated as I'm now at my wits end as to how to get my funds - as I would like to keep selling on Etsy
