Response times

Hello,

 

Issues with response times posting correctly on my account.

A customer reached out and I replied immediately to his message. Etsy system registered it as 2 hours before response cut off.

REalized on Star seller stats for September and saw that the system had my reply dated August 6 when I replied August 5. Proof is in my reply messages tab.

 

Does the technical team investigate this. 

 

Please assist.

It's done by hours, not date

etsy is UTC, so it may show the next day for you, when it isn't for UTC, however, you should still have the 24 hours, check the actual hours

@ShopEmbeellage: All Star Seller stats are in UTC not your time zone while your Messages page usually displays dates / times in your local time. You can do the math using the data from the CSV file to see if Etsy thinks you replied within the 24 hour window.

I have 2 similar issues..

I have had messages last week that I repsonded to within minutes.. yet they are showing I had NO messages at all so I can’t get the responds quick badge as they just don’t show for star seller requirements even tho they show in my convos..

AND today I got a message— I responded within a few minutes.. Yet.. I just logged in and it says I have a new message with no response… YET my response is there from this morning— the customer has not responded back since the original message.. I just responded again and told them that Etsy is not registering that I responded so I am doing it again— then I got the same green bar saying a quick response makes a good impression— the same as I got 5 hrs ago with my original response. I just put on auto response in case it happens again to the same message and I am late with my 3rd response.

No wonder I can’t get badges on this shop! if they are not registering..
