This is truly ridiculous! I have had star seller the whole time and ALWAYS RESPOND immediately! I literally responded to this 1 MESSAGE the NEXT DAY and it knocked me under 95%! I have a screenshot of the message stamps to prove it!
@BlingBoxBabe The star seller program is so flawed and glitchy that you really should try not to get so upset over it. Good products and good reviews bring the customers. Most don't even notice the little kindergarten stars.
@CraftyCornishMaids Etsy's "customer service" takes a lot longer than that!

You have no badges at all which means you did not meet the $300 minimum in sales.
I’ve more than met that amount and I’ve earned that badge SEVERAL times, until now, so I’m not sure what you’re seeing.
You have no badges at all. No reviews badge or shipping badge either, so that either means you have not made a minimum of $300 over the 3 month review period (which you need before any badges are awarded), or that Etsy have removed your badges for some reason.

If the message came in at 10.00am on a Monday, and you replied at 11.00am on a Tuesday, you are dinged, as that is more than 24 hours

Yeah, I guess that’s it, but that really stinks! I feel like it should be done by the date, not the hour, since we can’t see the time stamp, we can only see the day.
You can see the number of hours, up to 24 hours
once it is over 24 hours, then it says
1 day ago, if it says that, you've blown the 24 hours
then it gives 2 days, 3 days etc
up to a week
then it gives the date, like 3rd Nov
