Request to Update Dispatch Status Due to Error

My on-time dispach and tracking show 98% because of an order that it says it was not dispached on time but it actualy was dispatched on time. I need help to get that order updated as this is a mistake.

98% on time dispatch is within the target area for Star Seller. You can't (and Etsy won't) adjust your delivery stats after the stated delivery date has passed, but in this case, the error won't affect your badge results as you are right on target anyway.

@Davalia: "... but it actualy was dispatched on time"  Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service (Star Seller) page to confirm which order(s) Etsy thinks was shipped late and / or without verifiable tracking? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

Also, an order also needs to be marked as completed on or before the scheduled ship by date, not just physically shipped.

Yes, I checked the CSV file, that order has "Had processing time?" = No and it's missing "Deliver by" date, but it was shipped with tracking number the same day

@Davalia: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time.

There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...

Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.

A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.

This happened to me as well. I contacted fir help and they said there is nothing they can do. I also posted in this forum.

I posted a reply in your thread as I have the same problem. I now have 2 orders in the last month showing as pre-transit, so not only will I lose star seller for December, and probably January and February, but my badge for shipping on time disappears, thereby showing false/incorrect information to shoppers.  Support told me it was a known issue and that tracking sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't! Basically, tough cookies if it doesn't work for you sometimes!
