Can't "submit" to verify documents Etsy requires

Anyone else having issues submitting ID verification docs to Etsy?  I've changed browsers & used different sized images... the "submit" button is greyed out and will not allow me to proceed.  All suggestions welcome

I'm told I have 24 hours to get this done, or they put my shop in vaca mode.  Extra frustrating because I could swear I did this just a couple weeks ago.

Did you clear out cache and cookies?  Sometimes that is the issue.

Etsy uses Persona for identity which is something new so I can't say what other steps you may need to take.
