Dear Etsy Community and Moderators,
My name is Ramsha Nuzhat, and I’m writing here with deep sincerity and hope. I am the sole owner and handmade creator behind my shop ArtisticByU, which was recently permanently suspended due to issues related to Etsy’s Creativity Standards.
I want to humbly share that:
Every item in my shop — including wooden urns, yarn winders, crochet hooks, and more — is fully handmade by me, in my own small workshop, with love, care, and skill.
I’ve shared detailed photos and videos showing myself creating these items step-by-step, as proof of my commitment to true handmade craftsmanship.
I believe there may have been a misunderstanding, possibly when I relisted an item after getting guidance via Etsy chat. If that caused any confusion, I deeply apologize. I did not intend to go against Etsy’s rules, and I accept full responsibility. I have since made every necessary change to my listings, added production partner information where needed, and reviewed the policies again to ensure I comply with all standards.
I am a mother of two, and Etsy is my only platform and source of income. I chose Etsy because it uplifts small creators like me — people who make with their hands and heart.
Please, kindly review my submitted proof — it shows my real handmade process and my dedication to honest work.
I am not asking for sympathy — only for fairness, review, and a chance to continue building my dream through this beautiful marketplace.
With gratitude,
Ramsha Nuzhat

To the Etsy Community and Etsy Trust & Safety Team,
My name is Ramsha Nuzhat, and I am the proud creator behind the shop ArtisticByU. I humbly request you all to please take a few moments to view the link I have shared above — it contains photos and a video showing my real handmade work with honesty and transparency.
I personally design, carve, finish, and package each of my products — including wooden urns, crochet hooks, and yarn winders — all from my small home workshop. I do not use factories or outside help. This is 100% my own handmade craft, created with love, patience, and skill.
I am also a mother of two small children, and this shop was my only source of income to support them. I worked day and night to build my shop from nothing — with full respect for Etsy’s values, believing in the platform's mission to uplift real makers like myself.
I understand that a mistake may have happened in the past regarding a relisted item. I want to clearly say that it was never my intention to break any rules. I now fully understand what went wrong and have made every correction required:
I have deleted any listings that could have caused confusion.
I have updated all listings to clearly show accurate production details.
I have added Production Partners where needed.
I am also submitting full photo and video proof showing that my work is genuinely handmade.
Please believe me when I say: I am honest. I have never sold factory-made items, and I have never misled Etsy. This shop was my only way to support my family and live with dignity.
All I ask for is one more chance.
Please allow me to continue my work on Etsy with a clean heart and a renewed commitment to follow every standard. I will never disappoint you again. I respect Etsy’s rules deeply, and I only wish to be allowed back so I can rebuild what I lost.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time and attention.
With sincere gratitude and hope,
Ramsha Nuzhat

You’ll need to follow the instructions at the link Nana Letha shared. The Etsy forums are just other sellers, and none of us can do anything for you regarding your situation. Good luck with your request.
@ArtisticByU: "Every item in my shop ... is fully handmade by me ..." You need to keep in mind that "violated Etsys creativity standards" can encompass much more than just if it is handmade. The violation can be anything from a 'prohibited' word in your title, description, or tags, to a non-conforming primary image, to being misclassified in core details, to intellectual property infringements, and lot in between.
You need to make triply sure that everything is in compliance, even any technical things, before you file your appeal.

You say, on the one hand, that all your items are handmade by you, and, on the other, that you have now added a production partner to relevant listings. There is a contradiction there, and Etsy may have assumed you were reselling.
The Trust and Safety Team are not here in the forums. You will have to appeal using the link provided above. There is nothing anyone here can do.
