I've never had to report a review before and am not sure if the system is being glitchy or if I'm missing something. When I click on the report button the screen opens up, but is kind of opaque and when I click on the options I get bounced out. Has this happened to anyone else?
That has been a reported issue lately. Not sure if another browser or device fixes it?
@PatriciaWelchDesigns @Karlaskleverkrafts Did you try reporting it from the storefront? Meaning on the page that a buyers sees by clicking on the stars there and then finding the review. It usually works from there. If you try to report it from the order page you usually get a grayed out screen.
I'm happy to report that Etsy did remove the review, so it definitely doesn't hurt to at least try. I hope you had success too. Thanks again @SunnytyDE .

Thanks for confirming that others have reported this. I did try on three different devises and two different browsers. I sent a help request to etsy.
I have been trying to report a review for over a week for violating etsys policiesI am still having the same issue as the original poster. I have tried different browsers and deviceswith no luck. Thank you.
Help your buyer with their issue and maybe they will change the review. Why are you trying to report it?
Actually, I have helped the buyer resolve the issue.
I am reporting the review because it affects my customer service rating. The customer had already edited the review before I had a chance to respond, and I feel that It's a complaint about Etsy's system, not the actual item that they purchased, and warrants the request.
I doubt Etsy will remove it anyway as it does not match the reasons for removal.

Actually, I think it may apply to this:
"Are only about things outside the seller’s control, such as a shipping carrier (mentioned by name), Etsy, or a third party"
The issue was that they couldn't locate their files after they made their purchase. How Etsy sends the files is not something that I can control. Nor can I control a buyer's level of knowledge about where their files are located after being downloaded onto their computer. I can't control that any more than I can control a package that gets lost in the mail.
The best you can do is respond to the review that you were able to help the buyer resolve the issue
The review is between you and the buyer. Etsy won't interfere in any way.
I just wanted to say your birds are so absolutely stunning!
@ Karlaskleverkrafts Sorry, the review does not qualify for removal. It is the buyer's opinion.
How do you know if it qualifies?I have read the rules for reviews and the review left for me clearly violates the rules (in more than one way). I am simply seeking information on the technicalissue with reportingreviews and when I can expect it to be resolved. After I am able to report and give my reasons, I understand it’s certainly at etsys discretion.

Thank you so much! This is very helpful! I have not tried this but will do so tomorrow. I have only tried from the order screen.
You're awesome! That did the trick. I was able submit my request!
Worked for me too!! Have a wonderful night!
THANK YOU so much for this response. I was trying for DAYS to report a review with the same issue.
@PatriciaWelchDesigns I‘m glad I could help. I hope Etsy removes it for you.
@Karlaskleverkrafts Just getting up on this side of the globe, hahaha. Good luck with Etsy removing your review.
Didn’t think of that! Lol. Either way Etsy decides is fine with me. I am just happy to be able to use the process.
