Replying to message not capturing all period to get the Start Seller badge

I had just one message not responded to within 24 hours however Etsy is not counting the whole period to make the percentage correct.

What period? It’s always 3 months. Is that what you mean?

The current review period is Aug-Sep-Oct.

@LiaDollsUK: The November star will be for August, September and October. The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the October Star (July, August, and September).
