Reply to message not showing in Star Seller Stats

Hi

I got a message from a customer on 30th July and I replied same day but it is not showing in my star seller stats.

As the current period starts from 1st of june and is recalculated on the 1st of every month I would have thought it would have showed by now.

Messages at the end of the month are included in the next month’s stats.

Check the CSV files for both the current and previous periods. A message received on the last day of the month would not be late until the first of the following month.

Hey There!

Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

Please note that only messages initiated by other users are counted, messages you initiated are not. Learn more about star seller here.
