I don't know what to do. I have a regular customer who is trying to buy a necklace from my shop. I changed the price for her but the old price is still showing and the usual USPS options aren't coming up so she's not being allowed to choose her usual upgraded shipping. Does anyone know what's going on and what I can do?
This is a current problem. I finally changed the price in the listings view. Select the listing, then change the price under editing options. This is the only work around I have found that works. If it doesn't work for you, make your customer a custom/private listing and enter whatever price you want.
Glad to know it's not just me. Thanks. I deleted the listing that wasn't working and did a whole new one and that worked. The shipping was still messed up but I found a work around on that.
I had that problem yesterday when I tried to lower a price. I finally just gave up and left it.
