I have experienced this several times now and it caused a loss on my star seller badge a couple of months ago so I looked into it. When a customer messages me and I'm away from my laptop , I answer their question quickly through the Etsy app. I create my reply and click send. It says it is sent but in fact it is not sent! When I get to my laptop it shows no message history! If I open the app again from my phone there is no history there either! Anyone else dealing with this problem using Android?
