Renewing Listing - Warning Message in Error When Publishing

When renewing, after having edited anything in the listing, upon clicking to Renew (Publish Listing), a little box pops up warning this: Leave? Changes You Made May Not be Saved.
This is misleading and shouldn't happen, edits are saved and we are publishing/renewing, not leaving a page with unfinished entered datat, so a coding error is in place. 
Wish I could post a screen shot, but I'm sure others have seen this when renewing.
Not sure Where to go to alert Etsy developers about this mishap.

I get the same thing. It's bad programming. I've learned to just click leave.

There have been posts and lots of comments about this. Doesn't seem like they're in any rush to fix it.

It's quite confusing the first time you see it because you think if you leave you will lose all your data.  However, it is the only way out of the screen and you find the listing has been renewed/posted anyway!
