Etsy is asking me for renewal fees to change inactive listings to active listings even though the listings do not expire until June. Anybody had a similar experience?
Wow. It was a technical issue! The email I sent was a dead end. The agent told me he couldn’t refund me and when I cited policy I heard nothing back. I used chat and my fees were refunded within minutes! So yes, “technical issue” (unless they’re actively in the process of rolling out new fees), but I’m still going to modify my process.
