Registration on Etsy not possible

Hi there,

It seems as if there is a technical problem. I would like to register a new shop and it is not possible.

This appears (translated):

"We are sorry! There's a problem right now. There is a problem right now. Please try registering again later or send an email to hilfe@etsy.com."

If I send a mail to hilfe@etsy.com I get the following reply:

You want to open a second shop? You need a different email address than your current shop but the same financials.

Thank you. The registration was not possible with another email. There is a bug. But I've found a workaround since Etsy support was not helpful at all (registered the shop with a Google account).
