In the Region section, Russia always appears for me. I try to change, but after a while Russia appears again.
I live in Latvia, I am in Latvia and I am a citizen of Latvia. But Russia appears in the Region section

Can you change the region? I can not. I have already contacted the support service more than once, but the Russia region appears again

If you are talking about your user settings region - there is a known bug where it changes on its own and you have to change it back (we haven't figured out yet what is causing it to change). It won't affect your shop. All Etsy users see your shop according to their own user settings.

I have been experiencing the same issue for over a month now. My region keeps saying I am in Ireland when I need it to say United States. It would let me change it back to say United States for a few hours and than revert right back to saying IRELAND. Now it won't even let me save the change when I go to back to save it to say United States. I have contacted Etsy support and keep getting the run around. I have noticed a decrease in sale since this has been going on. When will this be fix?

This happened to me last year for about 2 months, several times a day I had to set it back. Then someone mentioned in the forum that I should try changing it in the APP instead of my PC, which I did and it has not happened since.

I tried to save the region settings in the app and it won't save that change.
