Regarding charged for seller account two time

I have subscribed for etsy plus now I have seen that there is two time charged for same reason for 14£

The fee for EtsyPlus is charged monthly -- on the same day each month that you originally joined

So if you first joined EtsyPlus on the 10th of a month, you will be charged the fee on the 10th of every month until you cancel.

If you think you have been charged  wrongly, you will have to contact Support

@KriyanaJewelsUK: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).

You are charged for opening a shop and also for Etsy Plus. Look at your shop payment account for details.
