Refunds affecting my star rating

I have issed two refunds recently. However the item stayed on my system as if waiting to be posted. Tis has now affected my star seller rating. Have i missed a stage out?

As well as refunding, you also need to cancel.

As @GlitteramaCrafts states, cancelling will take them off your open orders, as well as refund all your fees.  In the future, you can select the cancel option first (desktop, not on mobile) and it will also refund in full at the same time.

I believe doing this now will adjust your SS stats.
