Unfortunately, it looks like most of your shop is trademark infringement, which means you've forfeited your rights as far as Etsy is concerned.

There are buyers who take advantage of sellers who appear to be breaking the law.  Make sure to put your licensing agreements with the IP holders in all of your listings. That may help prevent buyers from continuing to do this. Once you have done that so Etsy knows your shop is legal, you can contact Etsy to see about an appeal.

you are in Germany,. for seller protection, you have to have

at least a 30 day return policy

you also need to sell things that are legal to sell here

you fail on both counts
