I had a customer want to cancel an order before it shipped but after the postage was printed. I refunded the order but it is obviously showing not shipped. If I now cancel it will the buyer get a second refund? Thanks for any help you can give.
@DimestoreDollys You should always choose Cancel (which also refunds) rather than going through the 2 steps to Refund and Cancel. Once you Cancel you get your selling fees back too. Only use Refund if you are doing a partial refund and not cancelling the whole order. Also by Cancelling the buyer only has 48hrs to leave feedback if it is already delivered but no chance to leave feedback if it has not been shipped yet. if you only Refund without cancelling then the review window will stay open for 100 days.
