Customers unable to access shop via shop link

I've been getting feedback from potential customers that they cannot access my shop via the link I have supplied, even though the link I gave is correct. This keeps happening intermittently and I am losing potential sales becaise of it.

It is because  https://www.ammysartistry.etsy.com  is incorrect.

"etsy.com" is the domain,

"www" is the subdomain name meaning this is the address of a main website on the network, and different from other subdomains

"ammysartistry" dot domain, is your shop as a subdomain of etsy.com.

"ammysartistry" is an alternative to "www", it cannot be used as well as "www".

Your correct shop address is:

https://ammysartistry.etsy.com
