Refund order

Hello everyone!
I received an order and a message in which the buyer asks me to refuse the order.
If I refuse the order, I will be charged some bank fees. I don't want to pay for their mistake. I have never had such a case before. How do I proceed? Thank you!

The mesage:
„You need help with: I accidentally placed an order
Your ideal resolution: refund
Preferred refund method: Original payment method
Note for seller: I am so sorry, I just placed this order but I found an option that will better suit my needs. Thank you so much.”

Fee credits to you
Type Amount Note
Payment processing fee credit €6.19 This credit will be applied to this refund in your Payment account currency.
Transaction fee credit €9.23 This credit will be reflected in your Payment account.

Re: Refund order

You are in the EU, you need to cancel the order, which refunds in full

Etsy refund all the fees, so overall you will be even.

If you ship it anyway, and they return it, you still need to refund in full, and you lose the amount you paid for postage.

Never send anything to someone that you know they don't want,

Re: Refund order

I agree with Crafty, don't send it  if they do not want the item.
