I've had this happen quite a few times. A customer is able to purchase an item that was sold out. For example, an item sold out on 10/26/24 and a customer made a purchase of the item on 12/8/24. Because of this, I need to refund the cost of the item back to the customer and apologize for something that was clearly not my error. Has anyone else experienced this? ~Thank you!
