I used to get a notice / email from Etsy when I issued a refund. The email would say "you have issued a refund to so and so etc."
I am no longer receiving these. Anyone else?

I have received mine when I do a refund. It can take a few hours sometimes. Does the order say refunded?
Yes, the order does say refunded on their invoice and in my payment account. One was from a few days ago and I still haven't received an email.
@boygirlboygirldesign I receive only a fraction of the emails I'm supposed to be getting from Etsy. It's been that way for years, and I no longer rely on them. It doesn't mean the refund didn't go thru, if you're not getting the email.
Thanks. It's so strange as I always have received my emails for years. Then this week they stopped. I still get my emails for the sales notifications and convos.
I just ran across this thread so I’m late to the conversation. This has been happening to me as well. I used to get the emails immediately after issuing a refund. Now I may get them a day later or not at all. Frustrating. When Etsy fixes one issue another pops up. Now we have to deal with this one. I reported it and their advice was the usual. Clear your cache. Update your system. Blah blah blah. The problem isn’t on my end. Etsy needs to fix it.
