Refund Processing Issue

The refund isn't going through. Every time I try to process it, a white screen appears, and it keeps loading, but the refund doesn't happen.

Try a different device or if you are on a PC try a different browser.

There have been many glitches lately with various Etsy features, including pages freezing.  However it may also happen when Etsy is investigating certain reseller shops like yours and for not having legal shop policies in place!
