Redoing Etsy with all info change

So I let my partner handled Etsy and it went sour .  I never made one dollar from it.  I would like to redo Etsy again but keep all my sales stuff but I Need to change all the names and acct. i couldn’t find one person to speak to, what is my next step. The phone number doesn’t go thru. I just need to speak to a real person. Is that even possible.

There is no phone number to call. Did you look in the Help Center for information on how to make the changes yourself?

You can change the financial information, as well as the email account, and the shop name, but unless you were a member of the original shop, you may not be able to take it over. Shops cannot transfer ownership unless you were already a member.

You can put in a support ticket by going to dashboard>community & help>contact us, but it is staffed by a call center, not etsy employees. They may not be able to help you; they are limited in what they can do.

Sometimes live chat is available, and sometimes you can request a callback.

you can't change the person who owns the shop, if someone else set it up, it's theirs, and is non-transferrable to you,

you ned to set up a new shop, in your name, and your tax id etc
