Rearrange mode not working properly

For a few days now, Rearrange Mode works only to move around the first few items (about 5 or so), then stops working. Items freeze in their initial positions and if you try moving them around, even on the same page, they return to where they originally were.  Any attempts to exit and re-enter Rearrange Mode to solve this problem produce no effect. It then starts to work again the next day, but with the same limitations.

This has been happening on and off for years now. I rely on this function to organise my shop in the way I want, and don't really appreciate its being on the blink day after day during the busiest holiday shopping time. What is the point for paying for an etsy plus subscription if you can't use the tools? I am thinking of quitting mine.

I do not subscribe to Etsy Plus and had the issue last week while rearranging my shop.     I could only move about  6 items at a time and then an "M" would show up and page would freeze, so you are not alone.      I took a break in between rearranging when the page would freeze.

After being on Etsy for so long you get to almost accept the fact that the site does not work as it should.    There are so many coding errors which affect us and tests run on a weekly basis.    I am certainly not saying this is acceptable either since we pay our fees.

Today, 7/26/23, my REARRANGING MODE is NOT working....It will not rearrange items!  Hoping someone from Etsy sees this and can fix it!

Since this is an old thread things are not working the same on Etsy at all.

I no longer care where my items are displayed in my shop because the way Etsy works now few if NO ONE ever looks at our shop fronts. They find a listing in search, go to that listing and buy or not.

I have had people look at a dog diaper and then message me and ask if I have anymore in different fabrics--and I have over 50 listed in my shop! I just send them a link to my shop and tell them to browse as I have many more listed.
