Re-order featured listings - not working

Attempted several times - no luck.

it takes a few minutes to stick.

sometimes the items you add the yellow star to don't even show up in the featured listings menu until you back out and go back in again.

It is clunky.

I normally give it a couple of hours and then go back and check.  Usually they've appeared during that couple of hours.  It's been like this for a couple of months now as far as I can tell.

More like 2 weeks, this is totally unacceptable and Etsy does nothing to fix!  I tried on Safari and Chrome no luck. Last time the whole process took me 2 weeks. It will not unfeature and only 1 or 2 featured items with stick. Etsy support was useless!
