What were you selling? Did Etsy ask for more information? Did you ever have a shop that was closed by Etsy? These seem to be the main reasons Etsy will suspend a shop.
I'm assuming that you didn't place your shop on vacation given this post. If this is the case with no sales, policies, location, about section or any other descriptors it's likely that Etsy pulled your shop for violations. Reselling and intellectual property violations are the most common reasons. You'll need to contact Etsy through your dashboard located under the Community and Help section to find out what might have happened.
