A client has contacted me and here's what she said :

Now I understand why I don't have any reviews even if I have more than 50 sales. Since I'm selling a planner, reviews would be so helpful at this point.
Where did I go wrong? How can I get some support?

If I order from you today it says delivery in April for me in France, I think you may have a mistake in your delivery times.
@MudraPlanner A Customer can't leave a Review until your processing and delivery times have passed. Also, if they are trying to leave a Review on the app, I've heard it can be glitchy at times (have never used it). If that is their situation, they may wish to use a browser instead.

I'm having the same problem! I know that after 100 days they can't write a review.
I use a crossborder shipper not sure if that's why i can't have reviews! such a bummer!
@Resinart202020Crafts The review opens after the last day the item is to be delivered. For example the last day if an item was ordered today from your shop would be Oct. 5. The review window would open after that,
The buyer should have a date on their purchases when the review window will open.
