Rating stars and reviews removed without notice

First the 5 star rating for my shop was removed and today I notice the reviews are gone as well.  I received no notice from Etsy about this.  What’s going on?

I can see the reviews, but they are older than a year. That is the reason that the rating was removed. You need more new reviews

Your shop's star rating has been 0 stars since Jan 7, 2021 since your last review was on Jan 6, 2020.  You might not have noticed it since then?

You are correct about the timing of the last review.  However, the stars and reviews were there as recently as last month.  
Can you point me to where this policy is stated?
Also, what is the difference between a post crafter and a crafty poster?

It's just a forums thing. They call them Community Ranks & Badges. Help center has more info here
