Rating moved from 100% to 91% due to buyer's fault

Hi,

I have repeatedly asked the buyer to add the phone number of the recipient without success. Now the order is delayed.

My stats have been affected.

Should I cancel the order and refund?

I got not response since weeks.

You can extend the processing time, but if your buyer didn't reply for WEEKS, then you should cancel and refund the order, even before it got delayed. Not worth the hassle.

You can also cancel it with a note like "I'm canceling as I couldn't reach you, but you're welcome to reorder, providing the phone number needed for delivery purposes".

Have you extended the delivery date? If not notify your customer and extend the delivery date. If you already extended the date you can not extend it again, so I would cancel the order and notify the customer you needed to cancel because you could not get in touch with them. Tell them they can reorder but please include the number. Good luck

you can't extend the delivery date if the order is overdue.

You do have the option to extend the processing date, if you do it before the day it is due to ship.  If it has been weeks I would refund and cancel.  actually would have done it long ago.
