A customer recently had a problem with marking their review - they tried to put a 5-star review rating but ended up with 1. We exchanged messages, the customer changed her rating to the way they intended, but it seems there is a technical issue with Etsy app. This customer said the app kicked her to another page before she could finish the review and star rating. Something seems off with the star marking. I think I've seen similar issues discussed recently. Anyone else experienced this? Thank you!
