Rating calculation is wrong

Hello my shop was having 4.7 as the rating score but i got 2 new 5 stars review. in the star seller dashboard my rating still 4.7 and my number of review increased by 2 . so why my 2 new 5 stars review don't affect my score even though their were added the Ratings breakdown?

the star seller rating you currently have is based on May/June/July

the one you are working towards, is based on June/July/august, so the good reviews in May have gone, as well as the lower star ones
you have 11 reviews, and 52 stars, that's 4.7

@CraftyCornishMaids   how do you make the calculation or math for the percentage, please? thank you. I looked at my stars and Etsy says I have 37 - 5star and 3 - 4 star in the current...but I only see 32 - 5star, lol. But how is the math done?

If you have 37 5star, and 3 4star

37*5 = 185
3*4 = 12

that's 197 stars, and divide by the number of reviews, which is 40

197/40 = 4.9

....

The math (using the numbers you provides) is: ((37 * 5) + (3 * 4)) / 40 or (185 + 12) / 40 = 4.925
