I always respond within 24 hours when I got a message from a client. Unfortunately it is still rated 0%. Can you tell me what I do wrong?
What about other messages, you said "from a client", any and all "initial" messages need to be answered on time too, from other sellers, the ones saying thank you for your order, and spammer/scammers need to be put in Spam folder within 24 hours too not just ignored.
Just FYI< If you are answering the messages using the app you cannot put spam in the spam folder, it has to be done with a browser.
It may not be calculating your messages if you are not eligible for the SS yet.
Has it been 90 since your first sale? Assuming you're looking at the next one for July, have you made at least 5 sales and $300 since April first?
@SillyStuffNL: Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for June Star) to see which new Message threads, if any, Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late? Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
