The review stats showing are accurate.
There's no need to contact Etsy because this is not a technical problem.
The stars at the top of you shop page ONLY represent the last 12 months that is why ONLY 2 stars are showing.
You don't have all perfect high star reviews.
You got a 2 star review in Jan, 2023.
The other 9 reviews that are 5* from 2021 and 2022 don't count in that star average because they are over a year old.
BUT shoppers can still see them.
If you don't get any reviews by Jan 2024 when that 2* review drops off, you won't show any stars at top of your home page, you'll only see the outline of the star.
