[RESOLVED] Members Cannot Reply to Forums/Teams Threads

Hello, everyone!

We are aware of a potential technical issue affecting our Community Forums and preventing members from replying to threads (both within the main Forums and also Teams).

Our technical team is working on it right now and will let y'all know as soon as we have an update.

We have successfully validated the fix, which should be live on your end soon. Thank you for your patience, everyone! We'll keep a close eye on this one to make sure things run smoothly again moving forward.

A fix is underway, and some members might be able to post replies now. Please note that inconsistencies are expected until the fix is verified. Feel free to use this thread to test it out in the meantime!

Our partners at Lithium were able to replicate the issue on their end - a solution should be underway ASAP.

We will be merging all of your individual threads into this one - while they will show up as replies, this doesn't mean the issue has been resolved just yet. This is simply a measure to keep the front page organized.

I can't post in the Forums. There's another thread about this but I was unable to Reply in that thread.

I had to start a new discussion to post this.

I'm not able to reply to threads at the moment. I enter my response, click reply, and nothing happens!

Dear Admin, there seems to be a malfunction in the forums, we're not able to post replies in the forums.

Dear all, I already contacted chat an hour ago and notified a mod.

Now, that I see others are having the same issue, I'm relieved.
