I have been guided here to report a technical issue for the Star Seller Badge. I have downloaded all of the relevant reports to see why the Star Seller Badge for my shop has been taken away this month. It is reported that apparently I didn't provide delivery information or estimated delivery times (which is impossible to list a product without doing so?!) and apparently didn't send the order (it was gladly received by my lovely customer in plenty of time!). All of which are untrue! I had put my shop on HOLIDAY MODE and whilst still in Spain getting ready to return home, I took the holiday mode off and received an order from my lovely customer. I currently only sell within the UK - so wondered if that is why no data was recorded?
I have proudly worn my Star Seller Badge for a while - and would understand if it was taken away due to a fault of mine (mistakes happen!) but this is due to a technical fault which doesn't feel very fair.

Etsy won't see your post. They very seldom correct star seller issues.
If you want to contact them, go to the "Help" tab at the top of this page. If and when they reply to you and it doesn't answer your question, don't start a new email, keep responding to the original one indicating that you still need help.
@HeritagePearlsShop: Completely agree with you, but more importantly why is processing time a Star Seller metric when it is impossible to publish a listing without one?
"Thank you Etsy, I look forward to your response!" As mentioned above, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Good luck! I have had zero luck after speaking numerous times with support. They are aware and are looking at it is about all you will get.
