I've been trying to use the Quick Edit feature and no matter what I do, I get the message, "Uh oh! Something went wrong - please try again."

Re: Quick Edit not working
Maybe I just got lucky, but I used Quick Edit the end of this Summer, when I reopened. Everything worked as it should.
Just now, I clicked Quick Edit, and I didn't get an error. (Desktop computer, Chrome)

Re: Quick Edit not working
what browser are you using? Wondering if that could impact it? Seems most other people aren't having much luck.

Re: Quick Edit not working
It works how!? One one listing being edited - or 40 at one time - Are you clicking ENTER after each update - these little things matter. I tried 5 at a time - because clicking all 40 listings on a page - DOES NOT WORK

Re: Quick Edit not working
I fixed mine - by only selecting 5 listing (check the boxes) rather than 40 at a time - Always click - ENTER after you've updated, It works now for me - Etsy system must be overwhelmed for this feature to not be working correctly - But CS will not tell us this!

Re: Quick Edit not working
YES! For months I have been asking Etsy for help without any! They say use the old system. I say I did, they say use the new system. The say try another browsers and clear the cache, I tried Brave Chrome, Safari, Opera, AND Firefox and it still doesn't work! They say wait for the page to load, I waited a half hour and still get the same error message. I also see that 100's of other people are complaining about the same problem!

Re: Quick Edit not working
@ChaosCreationsSCO Etsy asks us not to find old threads and revive them. Please don't look for old threads to append this information. Your original thread is enough.

Re: Quick Edit not working
I F I X E D IT - Do this - Go up to Top of Page - Do not select all (40) listings - Rather 5 at a time to do this - Check the 5 boxes you want to edit "Titles" on - Edit the Title - click "Enter" - Edit the Title - Click enter - Edit the Title- Click enter - (this way you will also see the "Uh Oh Message in red" - But it will work on 5 at a time if you hit the "Enter Button" after changing the Titles. It's definitely a GLITCH Etsy doesn't seem to care about addressing - No Cache Clear or computer restart works as they may suggest. Very Frustrating!! - So try the 5 at a time method and always click the Enter after.

Re: Quick Edit not working
Hey There - I tried this - Do not select all 40 on the page to update at once - Using QUICK EDIT - only select 5 at a time - After every entry - click ENTER - on all 5 - click out of Quick Edit - see the changes - Do 5 more - etc.

Re: Quick Edit not working
@NobHillVintageStudio Please do not append to all the threads on this. Etsy asks us not to resurrect old threads. This thread is not about what you are discussing. It is about quick edit which is in the upper right of the listings manager. You are discussing editing options. Two different things.
