I didn't receive star seller badge this month because of late responses. When I checked my history, it showed that I hadn't responded to several customer questions, which isn't accurate. I actually had full conversations with every customer in answer to their questions, it just shows on a different thread in the app. So for some reason, they're not linked- and I feel like I was unfairly kept from the star seller badge this month. What can I do in the future- is there a way to link chats for a specific customer?
