If the items are more than $20, there is no fix. In their great wisdom, Etsy has decided not to share the quantity available for items over $20. Apparently, they don't want to sell higher priced items.
The customer has to add it to their cart, then open the cart to find out how many are available. Like any customer is going to go to that much trouble. They will just assume you don't have enough, then they will leave and find another store or another site that shows they can fill an order for the desired number. More ignorance on the part of Etsy, and sabotaging their sellers.
For lower priced items, assuming you have set them up correctly, it is probably another of Etsy's never-ending glitches.
