Quantity for Listing Not Appearing

Customers are not able to order multiple quantities of an item in the browser despite multiple quantities offered. Multiples show up on the app. This is what the buyer is seeing for their listing. There should be a drop down box to pick a quantity. See 2nd photo. I can't see your photos, but the postal worker one shows me the quantity drop down.  The water bottle labels don't, but that's because they are over $20 and Etsy doesn't show the quantity for items over $20. (There are other threads on this issue.) The customer can select additional quantities in the cart.

I'm on the web.  I didn't realize the app worked differently for this.

I am seeing the drop down box directly under the personalisation box.
