Quantity Issue

Recently, I've met the problems with my customer when they place an order on my store.

It's fine in every step but when it come to proceed to check out, my customer can not choose the quantity and it's show "Choose the quantity, The Price of this changed" and my customer can't edit the quantity.

I have try to check the sales promotion campaign, discount, coupon and the quantity of the listing still okay (I let 777 in quantity and it no reason for out of stock)

I really want to post the image of problems but I am a newbie on Etsy and I also don't know how to attach image on this post. My store name: AffinityStyle

Which item is it and I will try it to see what it says.  

If the buyer had it in their cart before trying to purchase, ask them to remove it from the cart and find it again in your shop and try to buy it again.

@AffinityStyle  There is definitely something wrong with the listing.  I was able to select a colour, the size and quantity then add to cart.  Once it is in the cart it has a quantity box again in red and above it in red it says "Item Price has changed" and a link to "edit".  When I clicked Edit it asked for personalisation but it was still impossible to select a quantity. 

I tried again and selected Buy it Now instead but then I got a message saying "There is something wrong with your listing" as if it was MY listing. 

If I were you I would copy one of your listings that works properly and change the items to the ones in this listing.  I can't think how you can fix it.

I don't know what you have done here. I suspect that it has something to do with the way you have set up your variations. Do you have them all set for a different price and different quantity? It is almost as if the system does not think you have any stock to choose from. Although it shouldn't even be showing as a choice if you set it to 0 quantity.

I keep looking at this listing and the more I drill down, it looks as if the customization option may be another culprit. You definitely have the listing set up incorrectly.

Also, you cannot sale a pdf file in with these tangible items because you can not set up a downloadable link. That has to be listed separately. You don't even have any information about the pdf file in the description. This is Etsy's policy:

"Please keep in mind: You are responsible to abiding by all intellectual property requirements, including Etsy's Intellectual Property Policy. In order to avoid buyer confusion,you must clearly disclose that the item for sale is a PDF. Files must also be available for instant download through your Downloads page."
