Qualified for Star Seller, but not received it!

Just to add to everyone else’s posts..

4.8 Rating

97% Dispatch

(for April - June)

 but not received star seller for July!

Seems the ratings/reviews part is where the problem lies, I suspect rounding issues?!

 Hopefully Etsy can resolve this!

I have the same issue.  I was told to post it in technical issues but still no help.  I also sent an email to support.

It can take a day for this to be fully resolved.

The numbers are correct for getting the badge.

Are the other two requirements complete? 

@ZebraBalloons   Wonder if the lack of shop policies is the issue?  Your shop is not fully compliant with what Etsy wants to see in shops.

@CreativeDesignsbyAmi   Your shop policies are not compliant either and that may be the issue as well?  You sell internationally to the EU.

I have had Star Seller every month since it launched last year!

I believe it is something to do with the rounding on the Ratings/Reviews.

Whereby I actually got less than 4.8, but it rounds it to the nearest tenth. E.g. anything between 4.75 and 4.79.

The score says I got 4.8 for April-June, and was saying this during the month as well.

However, it is unfair to penalise sellers for rounding, when it is saying the 4.8 rating has been met.

Hopefully Etsy can solve this.

Mine went over the limits for all 3, and still didn't get it.  Messages: 100%, Review: 4.9, Shipping: 96% (this one I don't even know how I got 96% when I have shipped everything on time and with tracking for forever, not just the last couple or 3 months!).  This system is the most faulty ever!

Just for the record, I had 100% on shipping before.  There was one time, I missed a number on the tracking info, and when I realized, I couldn't add it anymore, so shipping went down to 98%, but it's still good!  Now, for whatever reason went down to 96%, which is still good!  Go figure!  Long story short, my score is over the minimum for all 3, and no star yet.

It can take up to 24 hours to update. Be patient and hopefully you'll all get your stars if you're in compliance.  You can also fill out a survey.

Just got an email from Etsy saying I earned the badge for Dispatch, Speedy Replies...

However... Reviews came in at 4.76... But the problem I have with this is.. for the whole month and especially towards the end of it I was showing 4.8 on reviews with the green tick. Obviously due to rounding. But this doesn't show right. If I know it was actually less than 4.8 I could've done more about it at the time.

Currently now.. It still shows 4.8 green tick for last month.

Something has to be done about this @Etsy?

Can you acknowledge this @Etsy and award sellers with the full Star Seller who have been affected by this.. there seems to be many!!!?

Star seller has other requirements other than Messages, Reviews, and Shipping.  You have to have a certain number of sales, and a certain amount in sales.
