I noticed a while back that you cannot add two or more the same digital product listing into your cart. The cart will revert to one order even of you add multiples times. I tried myself to add two of the same "digital extended licenses" to my cart and it did not work, had to purchase in two separate orders. I recently had a customer who was able to add two of the same exact digital listing (customer was personalizing and gifting for two different people) and checked out with one order. I am curious as to how the customer was able to do this because technically it doesn't seem possible. I must be missing something and would love to know how this is possible. It makes sense for most digital products to only be allowed one sale per order but there are a few like the " digital extended licenses" where it would make sense to have more. If you are purchasing two fonts, you need two extended licenses, etc.
I am able to add the same listing in cart, twice, by putting different text in the personalisation field.
on 1 I put yes, added to cart, the 2nd i put no, added to cart.
If you list as physical and not digital, buyer can order more than 1 at the same time.
It's listed as a digital product, not physical which is why i'm confused

That's what it was! Okay, makes sense as the customer put different names on the personalization. Thank you so much!
