Purchasing Different Options of the Same Item

in the Etsy app when trying to purchase multiple items from the same listing with different options, after you add the first item, change options, it says already in bag and you can’t add any more. 

I had to use a browser to order rather than the app. I have also got a customer reporting the same issue. Is there an email to report bugs to?

Thanks, I did a live chat and just said they’re reporting it to the technical team. Also to advise customers who have the same problem to report it too.
