Etsy signing in nightmare

I am posting here because I don't know what I could do.

I have contacted Etsy support because I am not able to sign in to my Etsy shop ( my other shop LucilesKitchen )

They keep saying that I haven't provided what needs to be provided to prove I am the owner of this Etsy account. But I have provided everything I have including bank documents, all Etsy deposits in 2024, and so on. What else can I do ? I have no longer access to my account. 

Has anyone had this issue ? It's been going on for 24 hours now and I am not able to reply to convos or orders. It will be a disaster for my shop.

It is a nightmare. Please help !

You will need to continue to contact Etsy using the one email received.

Are you sure you are dealing with Etsy and not a scammer?!!  I have never heard of someone not being able to log in who needed to provide documents.

Firstly I would try to log in using another browser, Chrome or Firefox say and see what happens.

I don't think so because I clicked on the help link, from my other account when I found out that I wasn't able to log in. It looks like they don't want to help a loyal 14 year Etsy seller
