Purchases are not showing up on phone but on laptop

My purchases are not showing up in the Purchases section on my phone but show up on the laptop.  That started not working yesterday.  Any help would be helpful.

Are you using the app on your phone or a browser?

If you're referring to the Android phone app, I noticed that yesterday too.  It's only showing a couple of recent purchases with the stars for giving a review.  I can't see my purchase history on the phone via the Etsy app but can if I sign in to the web version and also on my laptop, just not the Etsy Android app.  Noticed this yesterday, May 3, 2023.

Same problem here, even when I use the desktop version on my Android phone (Chrome). Doing it that way always causes the APP to reopen, and I don't want the app! I just need to search my purchases without running upstairs to boot the whole PC. This has been for a number of years, and it p*sses me off. It's not fair to buyers!!

@CollectionSelection: If by desktop version you mean the browser (Etsy.com) version, to make web pages open in your chosen browser instead of within another app you need to adjust your Android's default app settings.

If you are still having issues, start a new thread as this one is very old and may be closed by the Etsy moderators.
