Purchase receipts for taxes missing I have hard copy

I made 6 purchases from a fabric vendor on Etsy

I'm doing taxes and the hard copy I have from the vendor is not showing in my Purchase account. 

Technically the orders should still be visible even if cancelled or refunded for the record?

Worried how many more are missing now.

It's my tax deduction, anyone else having this issue?

If you bought it on Etsy there is a record of it in your purchases.
