Purchase light is staying on

For several days in my two shops, Bead Medley Boutique and Southern Medley Shop the purchase light has stayed on.  It's a technical issue as I have shipped all purchases yesterday.  I work from computer.   Thanks Debra

Do you mean the notification number on the shop manager icon? The one up top right side on etsy main site? If so its likely a notification for something etsy wants you to look at on your shop manager or dashboard. They had a notification a few days ago for something in finances section about turbotax. If you click through the notification should go away.

The middle light.  Shows I have a purchase in jewelry but I don't ship in the SMS and it's on also.

I had that too - I think it was the Finance section, like @WitticismsRus mentioned.

middle light shows I have a purchase and don't.  I checked everything after I shipped yesterday and the process is finished.

It was a notification on Shop Manager to view the Tax Turbo.
